- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends like AGI and Quantum Computing.
- AI Integration: Lead the architectural design for integrating next-generation AI models into enterprise workflows and product ecosystems.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical capabilities into business value for C-suite executives and board members.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring data privacy and algorithmic fairness.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal incubation projects focused on neural interfaces and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic engineers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology strategy, AI product management, or high-level engineering leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies in a rapidly evolving market.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, large language models (LLMs), and blockchain infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on market shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy; Master’s degree preferred.
