Responsibilities
- Architect the comprehensive technology roadmap for Nexus Horizon AI leading up to and through 2026.
- Define and drive the strategic integration of Generative AI and advanced automation into our core product suite.
- Lead a high-performing team of futurists, engineers, and product strategists to execute innovative initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate industry shifts and technological disruptions.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Strong background in scaling SaaS platforms and managing complex engineering lifecycles.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
