Responsibilities
- Define the Horizon 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technological development, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology to ensure long-term competitiveness.
- Lead AI & Research Initiatives: Oversee the architecture and deployment of advanced AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
- Technology Partnerships: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and potential acquisition targets to integrate into our core ecosystem.
- Team Development: Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role within a high-growth tech environment.
- AI & Machine Learning Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning, NLP, and generative AI architectures.
- R&D Experience: Proven track record of leading research and development projects with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where the future is being written.
