Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning technology goals with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to develop cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Oversee the research and development of predictive analytics and generative AI models.
- Manage a substantial R&D budget ($5M+) and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Establish best practices for innovation and technology adoption within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in managing diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
