Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap specifically aligned with the goals and milestones of the year 2026.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to determine their viability for integration into core business operations.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and test future-facing solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts before they happen.
- Manage a budget for research and development, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for high-ROI future projects.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and adaptability within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategy, or Engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing transformative technologies in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, with specific expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
