Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and technology strategy for the company, specifically aligned with the 2026 Vision.
- Lead a world-class team of AI engineers, data scientists, and product strategists.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Networks.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the research and development pipeline to ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning strategy.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M and leading cross-functional projects.
