Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026-2030 horizon.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Decentralized Finance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to gain a competitive market advantage.
- Oversee the creation of technology proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots.
- Manage a budget for R&D and innovation initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate market shifts and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycle.
