Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Architect and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and integrate them into core product lines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate technical vision into executable business strategies.
- Predictive Analysis: Lead market research and competitive intelligence to forecast technological shifts and prepare the organization accordingly.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and tech strategists.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Oversee the intellectual property strategy to secure our competitive edge in emerging markets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading technology transformations or launching disruptive products.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, including AI/ML, Blockchain, and Quantum computing basics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: High resilience and agility in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
