Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 Horizon and beyond.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to explore emerging tech.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum, BioTech) for strategic integration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align high-level technology initiatives with business goals.
- Manage the R&D budget and ensure high ROI on innovation projects.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech thought leaders globally.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, R&D strategy, or executive management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and high-performance teams.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience scaling technology operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong ethical grounding and experience in governance of emerging tech.
