Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process for the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AI evolution, Quantum readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Conduct deep-dive research and market analysis to forecast emerging tech trends and potential disruptions up to the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and R&D teams to translate high-level strategic vision into actionable development goals.
- Evaluate and select external technology partners and vendors to support the critical 2026 product launches.
- Develop scenarios and contingency plans for technological shifts expected in the mid-2020s.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling, high-conversion manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing long-term technological trends.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen Hardware.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating organizational change.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
