Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning innovation with business growth.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-proof solutions.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Present strategic insights to the C-suite and board of directors to drive executive decision-making.
- Oversee the budget allocation for R&D initiatives targeting the 2026 timeline.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and agility within the innovation division.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or product launches.
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or advanced data analytics.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a high-growth tech environment is highly desirable.
