- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level vision into actionable product requirements.
- Manage a high-level R&D budget and oversee pilot programs for future technologies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Monitor global tech trends to anticipate shifts in the competitive landscape and regulatory environments.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a technical field is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
