Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level technical vision and roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class team of AI researchers and machine learning engineers.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions using state-of-the-art deep learning architectures.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership, presenting clear roadmaps and progress updates.
- Ethics & Safety: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical AI development.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior AI/ML leadership roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and reinforcement learning.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
