Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical vision with high-level business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of elite engineers and data scientists to pioneer next-gen AI solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for integration into our core infrastructure.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for long-term R&D projects.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, specifically in AI, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar innovation initiatives from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and security.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
