Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance engineering team of 20+ senior engineers and researchers.
- Drive innovation in machine learning, distributed systems, and real-time data processing.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and C-suite executives, to prioritize features and deliver value.
- Manage project lifecycles, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and timeline adherence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level capacity.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects from conception to launch.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, CUDA, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical complexity into business value for diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and fault tolerance.
