Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of complex, distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentorship, and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Product and Design leaders to translate high-level concepts into technical blueprints.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive the delivery of critical milestones.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and greenfield projects.
- Strong proficiency in high-level programming languages (Python, Go, or Java) and system design.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
