Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and Ohio safety protocols
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead apprenticeship programs and mentor junior technicians

Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in PLC systems and smart home technology
