Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code and local regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Maintain detailed service records and safety documentation
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience with valid Florida Journeyman license
- Proven expertise in residential/commercial wiring, troubleshooting, and installations
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and local building codes
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Experience with energy-efficient systems and smart home technology preferred
