Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial/residential electrical systems
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with NYC Electrical Code and OSHA standards
- Diagnose complex electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors and building management teams
- Conduct safety inspections and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Electrician license required
- Minimum 5 years commercial/residential experience
- Expertise in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
