Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Ohio safety regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of assignments
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio electrician license (Master/Journeyman required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions
