Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise installations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and NEC compliance standards
- Lead apprentice electricians and provide on-site mentorship
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines
- Document all work with detailed reports and system diagrams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of verified electrical experience with Journeyman certification
- Valid Texas state electrical license (Master Electrician preferred)
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Commercial/residential project portfolio required
