Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults and system diagnostics
- Adhere strictly to National Electrical Code (NECA) and safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete 4-year apprenticeship program
