Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes for project execution
- Safely operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety standards
- Document work progress and materials used
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safety and willingness to learn technical skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Indianapolis
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
