Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by gathering tools and materials.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.
- Perform basic wiring tasks and fixture installations under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We train all candidates from the ground up.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- Must pass a background check.
