Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with wiring, conduit bending, and equipment installation under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on electrical systems.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be willing to learn safety protocols and follow instructions precisely.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not mandatory.
