Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, toilets, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide detailed cost estimates.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ensure the job site is cleaned up and organized after every repair.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Texas Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials (copper, PEX, PVC) and soldering/brazing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
