Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Perform hands-on tasks under supervision during residential, commercial, and industrial installations.
- Install Wiring & Systems: Help pull wire, install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and basic circuitry.
- Read Blueprints: Learn to interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Maintain Equipment: Keep tools, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company regulations on every job site.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and explain basic work status.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: A high school diploma or GED is preferred; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Valid Driver's License: Must be willing to drive to various job sites in the San Antonio area.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and fractions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for safety and quality in electrical work.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and a team player.
