Don't have an electrical license yet? No problem! We accept candidates with a high school diploma and a strong work ethic who are ready to start their journey.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Run conduit, install wiring, outlets, and light fixtures according to local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and tools.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to obtain required state electrical licensure upon completion of training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- No prior electrical experience is necessary; we provide the training!
