Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, terminal connections, and conduit bending under close supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Use hand and power tools effectively to assist in the completion of projects on schedule.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain required state licensure and certifications upon hiring.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and commitment to professional development.
