Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on residential and commercial circuits.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Handle material inventory and load/unload trucks as needed.
- Educate yourself on local and national electrical codes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to obtain required certifications and licenses upon employment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
