Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems under supervision.
- Read and Interpret Schematics: Learn to read blueprints and electrical drawings to understand circuit layouts.
- Tools and Equipment: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of tools, testing equipment, and materials.
- Site Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Project Support: Perform various tasks such as pulling wire, mounting outlets, and assisting with panel upgrades.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to answer questions and provide updates on project status.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience is required. We are looking for candidates willing to start as an apprentice and learn on the job.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, reliable, and possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Communication: Basic math skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members.
