Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and fixtures.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting to identify circuit issues and faults.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Learn and apply local and national electrical codes (NEC) during project execution.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and a professional work ethic.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions) are preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
