Responsibilities
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance on industrial electrical systems and machinery during the night shift to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose electrical faults and perform repairs efficiently to ensure facility operations continue smoothly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and repair tasks.
- Equipment Testing: Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment to verify circuit functionality.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day shift supervisors and fellow technicians to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; technical trade school certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
