Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic electrical hand tools and power tools safely.
- Help with pulling wire, fastening boxes, and mounting fixtures.
- Follow written and verbal instructions regarding blueprints and schematics.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential hazards or code violations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade.
