Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites safely.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping wires and connecting outlets under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent life experience).
- No prior electrical experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
