Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic wiring tasks including running conduit, stripping wire, and terminating outlets.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively under supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to climb ladders, work in attics/basements, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow strict safety protocols.
- No criminal history related to theft or violence.
