Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting under supervision
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Prepare job sites and clean up after project completion
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
