Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by gathering necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical boxes according to blueprints and local building codes.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of electrical circuits and components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Handle materials and equipment with care to ensure longevity and workplace safety.
- Document work completed and report any material shortages or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Willingness to learn and follow strict safety protocols and regulations.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
- No prior electrical experience required; we provide the training.
