Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades on-site
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards

- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) with proper training
- Complete daily timecards and payroll documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality (daily starts at 6 AM)
