Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan work effectively.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Install, connect, and test electrical fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks to specification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for candidates eager to learn and willing to undergo training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including climbing ladders and working in tight spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screening.
