Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Assist senior electricians with complex projects, including panel upgrades, lighting installation, and circuit troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, business managers, and team members.
- Perform routine inspections and quality control checks on completed work.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required for Apprentice positions (must be willing to learn).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in various environments, including heights, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating electrical loads.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
