Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, framing, concrete pouring, and finish work
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers, saws)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and blueprints specifications
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with material handling
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organize equipment/materials efficiently
- Participate in daily briefings and progress reporting
- Complete required documentation for project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with basic hand/power tools and construction terminology
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed
