Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, mounting electrical boxes, and running conduit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company standards.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Test electrical systems and troubleshoot minor issues under the supervision of a licensed electrician.
- Ensure all job sites are left in a safe and tidy condition upon completion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating loads.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
