Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drain lines, and gas lines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine the best installation methods.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before they become costly emergencies.
- Provide accurate written and verbal estimates to customers regarding project scope and cost.
- Mentor and train apprentice plumbers to maintain high service standards across the team.
- Ensure all work complies with local Phoenix, AZ building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license issued by the State of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in various environments.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
