Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on electrical systems to ensure compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical wiring diagrams.
- Utilize hand and power tools to install outlets, lighting fixtures, and conduits.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to OSHA safety standards and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We are looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read technical instructions.
- Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications through our apprenticeship program.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
