Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as wire stripping, terminating, and mounting equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper operation and safety.
- Learn to troubleshoot complex wiring issues under supervision.
- Use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and obtain required certifications (On-the-job training provided).
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- No criminal background related to theft or violence.
