As an Apprentice, you won't just be a helper; you will be a key part of our projects, gaining hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Pull and terminate wiring, install outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures according to NEC standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Learn to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrician's Apprentice license.
