Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including fixtures, drains, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and customer feedback
- Perform emergency repairs, pipe replacements, and system upgrades while adhering to building codes
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects and renovation installations
- Manage inventory of plumbing supplies and tools for optimal efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional presentation
- Document service reports and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience with verifiable references
- Valid Massachusetts plumbing license (journeyman/master level)
- Expert knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Physical ability to handle tools in confined spaces and adverse conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
