Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, conduit bending, and equipment setup under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics provided by the team lead.
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and paperwork related to job sites.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are hiring apprentices! A strong desire to learn the trade is essential.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid Driverâs License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
