Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project specifications.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components to ensure safety and compliance with local codes.
- Prepare workspaces by organizing tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
- Follow strict OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Document work completed and report any issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and calculating material needs.
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications (training provided).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn a trade.
